Your TMS system comes to you with 90 days free phone support. Purchasing a Support Plan within that time allows you peace of mind for the rest of the year. Our experienced technicians can help you with solving technical issues, reprogramming consoles, and general user questions at less than the cost of bringing a technician on site or paying on a call-by-call basis.

Phone Support Plan Details:

  • The first 90 days phone support is included. (90 days begins when the system ships from us)
  • If you purchase a Support Plan within those 90 days, $299 guarantees unlimited support calls for the remainder of the year.
  • If you wait until after the initial 90 period, the cost of the Plan increases to $375.
  • If you choose not to purchase a Plan, support calls will be billed at $69 per incident.
  • Calls will be answered or returned during TMS's normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Holiday hours may differ.
